The Sponsor Team, consisting of Varden Capital Properties, Tellus Partners, and Buckhaven Construction, purchased the asset in October of 2018.

The property is approximately 700,000 square feet and includes an attached 7-level parking garage housing 644 spaces. The building features a distinctive curtain wall of continuous horizontal rows of windows on each floor, 16 passenger elevators, and plans for rooftop/penthouse amenity space that would provide unparalleled views of the city from Birmingham's third tallest building.
