Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, its founding managing partner is Trace McCreary, an investment expert and attorney with more than 20 years of experience. VCP has acquired more than 120 apartment complexes with more than 23,000 units in the last 10 years, developed over 1,400 apartment units in the last 4 years and is currently developing approximately 6,500 additional apartment units. Geographical exposure primarily in the Southeast (Georgia, Carolinas, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi) and Texas.
