Varden Capital, along with its partner, Tellus Partners, are developing a multifamily project in Crestview, FL. The total project will consist of 318 apartment units and 44 "For Rent Townhomes" for a total unit count of 362.

The site sits in an exceptional location, near Crestview’s commercial hub and within close proximity to Highway 85 N, the major north/south thoroughfare that provides access to Interstate-10 and down to the Florida panhandle. Less than an hour south lies the worldrenowned beaches of Destin, Fort Walton, Miramar and Santa Rosa. The proposed project will be “Best in Market” as no quality apartment product is currently available for Crestview residents.

The Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin MSA may be best known for the sugar white sands and emerald green waters, however, it’s also home to Eglin Air Force Base, the world’s largest Air Force installation. In addition, the area hosts the headquarters of the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), the 96th Test Wing and the 33rd Fighter Wing (F-35 graduate flying and maintenance training wing) among others.
