Tellus Partners, along with its partner, Wise Construction, are developing a 10,000 SF, two-story medical office building located in Mobile, AL. The project is a build-to-suit for the University of South Alabama which will use the facility for internal medicine offices.
The subject is directly across the street from a newly developed Publix Anchored Retail Center. The Publix opened in Spring 2018 and is set to include over 62,000 square feet of retail space. This commitment to the area from Publix further proves the high desirability of the neighborhood.
